Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobField field-service management software and mobile app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

JobField is a business tool that helps service companies manage jobs, scheduling, customers, invoicing, payments, and communications. Access requires an account within an organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Your organization's owner or admin manages roles and access.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are purchased and managed on the web at jobfield.app. Fees, billing periods, and plan features are described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. The mobile app is a companion for organizations with an active plan and does not sell subscriptions.

Card payments

When your organization accepts card payments from its own customers, those payments are processed by Stripe and settle to the organization's connected bank account. Those charges are for real-world services the organization provides and are separate from JobField subscription fees.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
• Send messages only to recipients who have consented, and comply with applicable messaging and privacy laws.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your data

The business data your organization enters belongs to your organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for how your organization contacts its customers.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobField is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
