The dashboard charts count jobs by the day the work is scheduled for, and calls by the number the customer dialed. Cancelled jobs, jobs without a date and future bookings are left out of the job charts.
Steps
- Jobs trend shows how many jobs were on the schedule for each day. Click 7d, 14d or 30d to change the span. It opens on 14 days. Under the chart, Total, Avg per active day and Peak sum it up, and the average counts only days that had at least one job.
- Job types shows your five most common job types over the last 30 days, with everything else grouped together. The number in the middle is the total count of jobs.
- Call lines lists up to five of your numbers by incoming calls over the last 14 days, answered or not. Each line shows its count and its share of the calls on the listed numbers.
- A number shows under its Source label from Settings → Phone & texting on the Numbers tab. A number with no label shows as the plain phone number.
- Line activity shows the same calls day by day for your top four lines. Click a line's name above the chart to highlight it, and click it again to show all lines.
Good to know
Jobs trend and Line activity show only on a large screen such as a laptop or desktop.
The days follow your business time zone, which you can change under Settings → Account in the Time zone field.
