How Top earner and Most jobs are counted.

Top earner and Most jobs rank your technicians by what was collected on their jobs since the first of this month. Every payment is credited to the technician assigned to the job, and a job counts once it has been paid, not when it is set to Done.

Steps

1. Open Dashboard on a computer and scroll to the two boards under Jobs trend and Job types.
2. Top earner ranks by the money collected on each technician's jobs this month. Tips and the credit card surcharge are included. The small line under the amount shows how many jobs that money came from.
3. Most jobs ranks by the number of jobs that received a payment this month. The small line under the count shows the average collected per job.
4. Each board lists up to five technicians, with the leader at the top.

Good to know

Payments on a job with no technician assigned are not credited to anyone. If you move a job to another technician, its money moves with it.

Only technicians who are still active on your team appear.

A job paid in two parts counts as one job. Refunded payments, bank transfers that are still clearing and payments on deleted jobs are left out.

The boards stay hidden until someone has collected money this month, and they show only on a large screen such as a laptop or desktop.

The month starts at midnight on the first in your business time zone, which you can change under Settings → Account in the Time zone field.
