See the day's jobs by technician on the map.

The Map shows each job booked for the day as a pin at the customer's address. The ring around each pin is the color of the technician assigned to the job, so every technician's day stands out at a glance.

Steps

1. Open Map from the menu on the left.
2. In the first list pick Today, in the second pick All statuses, and click Apply.
3. Look at the ring of each pin. It matches the technician's color, and a job with nobody assigned gets a black ring. The dot in the middle shows the job's status.
4. A red circle with a number stands for several jobs close together. Click it to zoom in until the pins separate.
5. Click a pin to see the time, customer, address, status, technician and job total. Click Open job → to open the job, or the X in the corner to close the card.
6. To set a technician's color, open Settings → Team, click the pencil icon labeled Edit on their row, choose a Schedule color and click Save changes.

Good to know

The first list also offers Tomorrow and Next 7 days, which covers today and the six days after it. The second list can narrow the pins to Scheduled, In progress, Done, Invoiced or Paid. Cancelled jobs for the day also show under All statuses.

On a phone, tap Dispatcher view on the home screen of the app, then tap Map in the bar at the bottom.

If you see a card asking you to change plans instead of this screen, this part is not included in your current plan.
