Find a call in your call log.

Open Calls and search. The box at the top finds calls by the caller's name, their phone number or a word from the call summary, and the list next to it narrows the log to one month.

Steps

1. Open Calls. The newest calls are at the top, grouped by day.
2. Type in the search box that reads Search job type, issue…. A name works, and so do the digits of a phone number or a word from the call summary.
3. For an older call, pick its month from the list that reads Any month. The line under the Calls title then shows the totals for that month.
4. Click a call to open it. Press the red play button to hear the recording, and open Transcript to read the whole conversation.
5. Click Clear to go back to all recent calls.

Good to know

Search looks through the most recent calls in the period on screen. If an older call does not turn up, choose its month first and then search again.

On a computer, the cards above the list show Missed calls, Calls, Callers, Avg call time and Revenue for the same period. Revenue is the money collected on the jobs linked to those calls.

Missed calls have a red icon, so they stand out as you scroll.
