Get help from the JobField team.

Open Settings → Help & Support and choose Start live chat to talk to the JobField team without leaving the app. We usually reply within 30 minutes. If you prefer email, write to support@jobfield.app and we will get back to you.

Steps

1. On a computer, open Settings → Help & Support. You can also click your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Help & Support.
2. Choose Start live chat and type your question. Questions, issues, and ideas all go to the same place.
3. On a phone, tap the menu button in the top right corner and choose Help & Support. The chat opens right away. If it cannot open, the Help & Support page opens instead.
4. In the Tech app, technicians tap the account icon in the top right corner to open Account, then choose Help & Support.

Good to know

Live chat is the fastest way to reach us. If the chat cannot open, the Start live chat button opens a new email to support@jobfield.app instead, so you are never stuck without a way to write to us.
