Open Calls. A call nobody picked up has a red icon and is marked Missed, and that includes callers who reached your voicemail. The red number on Calls in the menu counts the missed calls that came in since anyone on your team last opened Calls.

Steps

  1. Open Calls. Opening it clears the red number for your whole team.
  2. Look for the calls marked Missed. On a computer, the Missed calls card at the top gives the total for the period on screen.
  3. Click a missed call to open it. If there is a recording, press the red play button to hear it.
  4. To reach the caller, press the phone button at the top to call back, or the message button next to it to text them.
  5. In the text window, Still need service? is a ready-made follow-up you can send as it is or change first. Click Send when it reads right.

Good to know

The number on Calls counts only calls coming in, and each missed call adds one.

A call counts as missed when nobody answered, the line was busy, the call failed, or the caller got your voicemail.

If the caller wants a visit, create the job from the same call so you do not have to type their details again.

To have JobField text missed callers for you, look under Settings → Automations.
