A customer's page shows their phone number and email, how much money you have collected from them, how many jobs they have had, and every job in their Service history. Open it from Customers by clicking the customer's name.
Steps
- Open Customers and click the customer.
- Under the name you see the phone number and the email. Click the phone number to call the customer from your business number, or click the email to write to them from your own email app.
- Lifetime revenue is the money this customer has actually paid you across all of their jobs. Refunded payments are not counted.
- Total jobs counts the jobs booked for this customer, and First seen is the date they were added to JobField.
- Service history lists their jobs with the latest date first, showing Job type, Date, Status and Total. Click a job to open it.
- Click All customers at the top to go back to the list.
Good to know
The Total next to a job is the price of that job, not the amount still owed. To see what is left to pay, open the job. The amount still owed is shown at the top of the job.
A deleted job drops out of Service history, out of Total jobs, and out of Lifetime revenue.
For an imported customer, First seen is the day of the import.
The customer's page has no edit button. Names, phone numbers and emails are changed from any of the customer's jobs.
Only owners, admins and dispatchers can open the Customers screens.
