Help center · Getting paid
Card payments are paid out to the bank account you entered when you set up JobField Pay. Open Payments to see your balance and every payout on its way to the bank.
Steps
- Open Payments from the menu. The Overview tab shows Available, the money ready to pay out, and Pending, the money still settling. When something is pending, the page usually tells you the date it becomes available.
- Tap Manage payouts to open the Payouts tab.
- Under Standard payouts you can see the bank account on file, change it with Edit, or add one with Add bank account. Standard payouts are free and arrive in a few business days.
- Under Instant payouts you can add a debit card with Add debit card and switch on Auto instant payout on card payments. Card money then goes out about half an hour after each card payment, for a small instant payout fee. If your bank supports instant payouts, the debit card is optional.
- Recent payouts at the bottom lists each payout with its arrival date and status.
Good to know
When you have an available balance, Pay out now on the Overview tab sends it as an instant payout.
With auto instant payouts on, Available usually reads zero. That is expected, because the money leaves as soon as it settles.
Reports → Payouts shows every deposit to your bank, including the total deposited and what is still in transit. Only an owner, admin or dispatcher can change payout settings or move money.
