Good to know
What it costs. The fee is a small share of each transfer with a cap per transfer, and the exact figures are shown in the Bank transfers section. It is deducted from your payout. The customer pays nothing extra, and the credit card surcharge never applies to a bank transfer.
What the customer sees. The link offers Card and Bank account side by side. After confirming, the customer sees Bank payment started and gets the receipt once the money clears.
If the bank returns the transfer. The invoice balance is restored and you get a notification. Once bank transfers are on, they stay on.
Bank transfers work on invoice links only. The Collect payment sheet on a job takes cards, cash, check, Zelle and Venmo.
