Get the app and sign in.

Invite the technician from Settings → Team, then they install JobField from the App Store and sign in with the email address the invite was sent to. The app opens on Home, with the stops for today and the next few days.

Steps

1. On a computer, open Settings → Team and press Invite member. Fill in Email and Name, add a Phone if you want the invite sent by text as well, and choose Technician under Role. Press Send invite.
2. The technician opens the invite link and finishes setting up their sign-in.
3. On the iPhone, they install JobField from the App Store, open it and sign in with that same email address.
4. The app opens on Home. The tabs along the bottom are Home, Schedule, Map, Messages and Calls.

Good to know

Only an owner or an admin can invite someone to the team.

The email address matters. JobField links a new sign-in to your team by the email on the invite. If the technician signs in with a different address, JobField sets them up in a business of their own rather than yours, and you have to invite the right address again.

If the invite does not arrive, open Settings → Team and press Resend invite on the technician's row. That button is there only while they have not signed in yet. JobField then shows a fresh link, so press Copy link and paste it into a text message or any chat app.

The same email address and password also work at my.jobfield.app in a phone browser, which opens the same technician view.
